If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register for classes, your data will be processed via Classfit and you will be asked to agree to their terms and conditions and privacy notices at the point that you join Classfit. If you choose to leave Classfit or do not attend for more than 30 days, your account will be deleted within 30 days of notice of your final day or the 30th day that you do not attend.

You can rejoin at any time, you will need to create a new Classfit account.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

If data on this website was breached, the site would be immediately suspended and the nature of the breach would be investigated and reported to the ICO if this is deemed necessary by the ICO. We would e-mail our users to explain the nature of the breach.
