HIIT and Bodyweight Training – Every Tuesday at 18.00.

Live online classes HIIT High intensity interval training

HIIT short for high-intensity interval training is a high-intensity aerobic workout that works your heart and lungs, burns fat, and makes you sweat. If you love to smash it, then you will love HIIT. The HIIT workout lasts approximately 20 mins and involves 4 circuits of 5 moves performed at maximum ability. The simple moves last for 30 seconds each followed by a 20 second rest period. This one will get your heart pumping!

Pilates – Every Wednesday at 18.00 and Sundays at 10.00.

If you prefer a slower-paced workout that focuses on control and flow, then Pilates is for you. Don’t be misled, Pilates still offers a challenge. The focus is on core strength, mobility, and flexibility performed with precision and concentration so that you maximise every move to build stronger, toned muscles. If you have never tried Pilates before, give it a go and see how much it can improve your fitness.

Resistance Bands – Every Thursday at 18.00

Now there are no barriers to strength training at home. Grab yourself some bands and join us online to learn how to build muscle wherever you are. Bands are lightweight and easy to take with you wherever you go. No need to miss out on training when you have to go away for work or on holiday. Combine resistance band training with a healthy eating plan to get lean, toned muscles.

Weight training and bodyweight classes – Every Friday at 18.00

Have some weights lying around at home? If not, grab yourself some water bottles or baked bean cans to join our strength training class. Learn how to lift weights with correct form and learn how to use your own bodyweight to get strong and lean. Weight training helps you burn through fat and build toned muscles.
